Your own pace

Elements 102 has 4 Phases designed to be done over a period of 90 days, roughly 4 weeks each.  Each phase is a different style so you don’t need to do them sequentially. You can move through the program at your own pace, you don’t need to rush.

Bonus:
Breathing Element

Breathing can be a powerful tool to leverage, get the most out of your training and overall life by improving the way you breathe.

I have added my complete breathing module from Momentum in Elements 102.

What's the difference between Elements & Elements 102

Elements 102 encompasses new things I have learned since Elements 101 was released.  This includes breathing techniques, useful movements, more background on aerobic training, as well as some more advanced training protocols you wont find in elements 101.

Should I do Elements 101 first?

No, it’s not necessary to do Elements 101 first. Although it may be a smarter starting point for those who have been out of exercise for a long time and beyond 50 years of age, biologically speaking.

I have a trip coming up, should I do this program or another one?

If you have a trip coming up, Elements 102 is a great way to get fit for it. Use the first two phases to prepare for the trip and use phase 3 & 4 to keep up your good habits after the trip.

What equipment do I need?

Elements 102 is designed to be done with as minimal equipment as possible. Having said that there are a few pieces of equipment you may like to utilise to enhance your training.

Wooden Gymnastic Rings
Adjustable dumbbells
Bodymate Wedges

I have included more information about these and what I recommend in the program.

How is it delivered?

On the Chase Mountains app, available on the App store & Google Play.

Upon purchase, if you have already signed up to the Chase Mountains app, it will be available under training within 10 minutes.

If you haven’t signed up to the app, you will receive instructions via the purchase confirmation and email.

How long do I have access for?

You’ll have access to it for the lifetime of the program. Sometimes we will retire a program after a few years, provided you haven’t unsubscribed from our emails you will be notified.

It’s designed to be done in 90 days, though you will have access to it for a lot longer than that.

Can I use a TRX rather than the gymnastic rings?

Yes, you sure can.  There is one move in this program (the dip) that can be a little awkward on the TRX but in that case we have a couple of alternative ways to do it.
