Recipe for my new favourite meal – Trail Nachos! Filmed at my favourite mountain cabin.
Ingredients
Water
Spice mix
TVP or dried mince
Cheese
Corn Chips
Olive Oik
Avocado
Dried Mushrooms
Dried Tomatoes
Chilli Powder
Instructions
- Start by soaking the TVP that’s important
- Add the spices so they have as much time as possible to absorb into the TVP
- Same goes for the tomato and mushroom if you add that
- Add oil before bringing to a simmer
- Remember to cook on LOW flame!
- Chop up the avocado
- Add Corn chips and ‘guacamole’
- Add chill on top if you like
